      Good medical benefits, job security, leadership is approachable, you can't get fired unless you do something pretty serious. Any type of bachelors degree can get you a management job, even if it is in cooking.

      Cons

      They have grown beyond their leadership capabilities, medical group runs as though it is a factory and everyone should do everything the same, pay is lower then other local healthcare systems. You can't get fired unless you do something pretty serious.
