      Pros

      Great teams, great initiatives, good software Directors, awesome leaders. Great opportunities to learn, there is alway a challenge to beat, teams are focused on be up to date with earlier versions of EKS, AWS and its ecosystems. Data driven teams. The team members respect each one time to achieve a goal.

      Cons

      Stay up to date with the latest technologies can be tricky and bring some headache.
