      I have been fortunate to be a part of this exceptional company, and it is a testament to an extraordinary workplace. The culture here is incredible, and the people are truly amazing. The leadership team empowers employees, fostering a flat organizational structure where everyone's voice is valued. It's a place where passion is palpable, and the business is thriving. The leaders are knowledgeable and caring, supporting our growth both personally and professionally. The absence of hierarchical barriers creates a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork. The passion and dedication of the employees are infectious, inspiring everyone to deliver their best work. With abundant opportunities for growth and a thriving business, this company provides an environment where individuals can truly thrive and excel.

      Cons

      Despite the many amazing aspects of working at Gympass, there are some challenges. While the company being fairly large with nearly 2K employees, it still operates like a startup. which can be demanding and at times leads to difficulties in collaboration and communication.

      Managers Constantly micromanaged employees making the environment very stressful. Very high turn over ratio.

      Amazing product and mission, some leadership and process dysfunction

      Pros

      - product is unlike anything else on the market - mission is really powerful and genuine - company culture reflects the mission - competitive pay - great benefits

      Cons

      - leadership is at times dysfunctional - change happens frequently (new orgs, roles, focuses) - just went through multiple rounds of increasing prices (in my opinion they were too aggressive & could have major impact on sales conversion and churn) - business model can be complex/confusing. Only offering the product to companies makes marketing a challenge.
