Our Total Rewards team works hard to create market-competitive, motivating commission structures for all of our revenue-facing roles, and it sounds like you were able to see this reflected in the plans for your team. We are proud of the impact our product has on wellbeing, for our clients, our subscribers, and our very own employees as well! Though there is always room to improve, it sounds like you saw the core value of our Gympass product. We appreciate your suggestion to better align messaging and processes company-wide. We recently created a dedicated channel for key company announcements, that is intended to deliver crucial updates only, for more streamlined communications.
