Always concerned about the employee above all else, as a great job starts at home, I usually say: - Body, soul, heart must always be well. We work in a super dynamic market, where every day it is possible to do new and innovative things on all fronts.

      Talking about the negative points of a company that I love working for is a very big challenge, but given the context that we are growing at a very high speed, there is a very large burden of adaptation and readaptation, so the work profile needs to be dynamic without being linked to the work routine, so there is no comfort zone as all areas are always evolving and changing something, the tip is: - Adapt to your team, create good relationships and be open to change

      Pros

      The company offers a very collaborative environment, the opportunity to meet and work with people from different regions, and continuous learning. Despite being in the company for more than 10 years, there are still many processes for development and improvement. Flexibility and home office are certainly important points too. And finally, the openness to share ideas and suggestions, regardless of your seniority, also pleases me a lot.

      The company has very young leaders, and this can sometimes hinder decision-making, difficult conversations, and team development.

      Pros

      Lovely team, when you do get time to get to know each other. Some rally talented individuals who made it worthwhile but other senior toxic individuals who should not be in positions of leadership. A lot of energy and employees who want to do well and succeed.

      Cons

      Lack of direction form senior management Don't practice what they preach with their own values Lack of support all the way through the process of onboarding to performance management - simply NO 2-way feedback. If any feedback was provided to improve the quality of processes or delivery - employees were fired as being 'TOXIC' or 'NOT A CULTURE FIT'. Lack of respect from leadership to team members. Salaries are not in line with industry expectations. Business is NOT doing well - the product proposition lacks investment and direction
