      I've been working at gympass for a year and I'm really happy, great conditions and a great team. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.

      Cons

      In the office, Gympass colleagues could be more open, even if we don't work in a team. It's difficult to make connections.

      Pros

      Great total compensation, composed of salary, bonus, stock options depending on your grade, and benefits. Although Gympass isn't perfect (there's no such thing as a perfect company), it is a very organized place, with amazing co-workers and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Commercial areas are often not 100% aligned with technology teams, and that leads to tight timelines and unnecessary pressure to accomplish goals set by commercial.
