From day one, I felt like part of the team. There’s a culture of trust and respect that allows you to do your best work. Managers not only listen but also value your ideas and give you space to grow. The workload is well-balanced, and the benefits are quite competitive. Plus, there are constant opportunities to learn new things.

Cons

Updating some technological tools to speed up processes and offering more in-house training workshops would be great.

Incredible Benefit: You can't beat the Wellhub benefit. It's the best perk I've ever had and genuinely makes a difference in your personal wellness. Passionate People: My direct colleagues were fantastic—driven, intelligent, and supportive. There's a strong sense of belief in the company's mission at the ground level. Global Exposure: It was a great opportunity to work with people from all over the world and learn about different markets.

Cons

"Wellness" Paradox: While the company preaches wellbeing, the fast-paced environment and high expectations can sometimes lead to burnout, which feels contradictory to the mission.
