It gives lots of opportunities to enroll in different projects and make a difference in the area you are working in. It is very collaborative, and the people you work with are very qualified and good team players.

Cons

Promotions depend a lot on the area you're working in; it can take longer to be in the next grade if you're not in a strategic area for the company.

Really nice work environment, lots of opportunities, allow you to work autonomously with minimal micro managing. Great benefits, having Wellhub subscription for free is fantastic perk saving £1000 a year

Cons

Its a start up and still a developing organization, so there will be times where you will need to go above and beyond your role to get certain things done and ensure clients are supported, but the good thing is most people take ownership for tasks and are willing to help.

- flexible work culture - project with positive impact on people's lives - good salary and benefits for Portuguese market - support for career growth and self improvement - working around great and understanding people

Cons

- can be a bit intense at times as the company is experiencing a lot of growth, it's important that you can handle some pressure well(although there's support from other people always and it's ok to open up about it)
