      Pros

      - Great purpose-driven company, competitive pay, and awesome people - Leadership is transparent, and due to the nature of our mission ("To make wellbeing universal"), they do their best to ensure our wellbeing is prioritized too - Value Proposition: the wellbeing space is seeing lots of attention right now as we come out of the pandemic, and Gympass has an offering that's like nothing else out there. It's fun to talk about, easy to sell, and makes us feel like the work we do matters - Timing: as the headline states, GP is on track to be the clear leader in this market. The org is officially going from startup to growth mode, so it's an exciting time to be working on some really fun and innovative projects.

      Cons

      The one con worth stating is the lack of a fully-realized infrastructure. It's often difficult to find materials & resources, as the business has pivoted multiple times the past few years. Now that it's found its footing, the company has started to invest in programs and tools that should help provide the infrastructure it needs to properly scale
