Eles realmente levam a diversidade a outro nível como uma empresa multinacional, com pessoas de diversas culturas, países e gêneros. 100% home office. Dias no escritório somente quando a equipe deseja. As equipes buscam estar sempre na vanguarda da tecnologia, o que é legado fica mesmo para trás... Empresa orientada a dados - Métricas e dados são cruciais para decidir qual tecnologia usar e como resolver problemas. You build you run! Você tem controle sobre o que cria, da infra até a aplicação. Desempenho - Você realmente recebe pelo que entrega. Se você faz um ótimo trabalho, terá uma ótima remuneração.

Cons

Não há muitos eventos no escritório e, como é uma empresa 100% home office, a integração da equipe pode ser um desafio. Não existe uma "recompensa especial" como uma "cesta de natal" nem um evento da empresa no fim de ano. Apesar disso, as equipes sempre tentam criar algo para se conectar e fazer networking em algum escritório. (PT/BR) O plano de saúde/odontológico não é dos melhores (BR).

Pros

Salary and benefits are good for Portugal standards, not for international. Great opportunity for autonomy, allowing you to provide solutions based on microservices architecture. Fantastic teammates with collaborative focus despite the struggles to handle the amount of work.

Cons

Intense and constant workload, high levels of pressure with tight schedule. The environment is very stressful with poor management of crisis which will consume your mental health and your teammates/closest leaders as well. Things can (and they do regularly) derail fast requiring overtime and they aren't paid. Salaries and benefits aren't competitive enough for international standards, which makes difficult a long-term career plan.
