      Pros

      Good salary, benefits, bonus and on site perks.

      Cons

      They do not hire African American Executive Assistants, no matter how qualified they are, they will say they are great, but not for this role. Interesting how the Boston location can have thousands of people, but 2 or 3 minorities (not in EA roles though)

      Pros

      Profitable company that is looking to expand its product offerings. It is not staying still and hoping the industry doesn't change.

      Cons

      The firm insists it is profitable and it looking to focus the business on newer more profitable lines of business. But, it looks like they are randomly laying off senior people, who most likely are the costliest. This is the BCG playbook. Lay off the expensive people and hire new, cheaper people. Along the way, the culture is changed if not lost. This is exactly what has been happening -- more politics less productivity. Its a shame.
