      Avoid IT at all costs

      Pros

      401K is awesome, beautiful offices. The business side is great -- nice people good culture but the IT side is a bunch of pit vipers (see cons)

      Cons

      IT is a "churn and burn" environment. Do you like being woken up every night at 3am? How about working all weekends, every weekend? Then this is the place for you! The upper management is always throwing their teams under the bus and constantly holding the threat of "make some changes".

      Use to be stable and good company 4yrs back.

      Cons

      Not a good payer. Also, In last 3-4 yrs, there were around 4-5 multiple layoffs. Advice, stay away from it for now

      Pros

      STOP REMOVING MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This is not a good company and people need to know. No pros here. This place is highly political and doesn’t pay well at all unless you’re a partner. They’ll give you a bonus target number then pay you significantly less. They couldn’t even afford a holiday party for associates last year.

      Cons

      Legal Risk and Compliance departments are an absolute mess. Constant re-orgs so you will have a new boss every 6 month. Highly political and arrogant leadership who won’t even say hello if they pass you in the hall.
