      Pros

      The company culture was great, inclusive, progressive and they cared a lot about their employees and well being.

      Cons

      Not a lot of self empowerment, you have to get a 100 people to say yes (or opine as they said internally) before you get approval for anything, quite a slow moving culture. The firm also had a culture of not making redundancies which they reneged on pretty recently owing to a massive hiring spree in line with a downturn in the market. Feels like their long term mindset isn't a reality.
