- Collegiate, flat structure, all hires are SMEs in their own right - A lot of responsibility given early on giving everyone opportunity to up-skill themselves - Good work life balance, 9-6 hours, little pressure to work after there - Work from home 2 days a week - Great benefits, pension, dental, insurance

Cons

- Very tight ship, we need hire more in some areas as there are strains, SMEs managing too many projects - Clearer structure to progress to leadership positions - Very Boston-centric

Very bright people. Collegial environment. Investor morning meeting is a fabulous culture to share and question investment ideas. Full with people with very high integrity, work ethics.

Cons

Not much transparency in career advancement. Partnership is very clubby and brotherhood-like. No one talks about cons of the firm which is a bit weird.
