- friendly respectful environment - they invest in you for the long term (many roles take 1 year + to really get up to speed) - really smart, driven employees

Cons

- Decisions made slowly - People could be described as too career focused (few have hobbies/interests outside work) - Work/Life balance just "ok" , not too many late nights, but people constantly checking email at night on the weekends and first thing when they get up.
