401K is awesome, beautiful offices. The business side is great -- nice people good culture but the IT side is a bunch of pit vipers (see cons)

Cons

IT is a "churn and burn" environment. Do you like being woken up every night at 3am? How about working all weekends, every weekend? Then this is the place for you! The upper management is always throwing their teams under the bus and constantly holding the threat of "make some changes".

Wellington offers a collegial atmosphere where everyone works as a team and helps out one another. The company is known for their long interview process, because they are focused to hire the best in the industry. And it is truly a blessing, because you work with intelligent professionals from whom you can learn a lot. Wellington offers education reimbursement for the MBA program and the CFA certificate. It also offers a competitive 401K. I have listed some of the pros below. Work life balance Great culture Work with intelligent professionals Competitive compensation

Cons

Because it is a great company to work for, there is a low turnover and therefore harder to move up the ladder.
