      Everyone there is brilliant - mostly all Ivy League grads. Plenty of useful investment knowledge constantly being shared. People are extremely friendly, affluent and willing to help. Great benefits and pay.

      Dress code is extremely professional.

      -good reputation on the street and for resume building -nice people

      Cons

      -No place for younger talented individuals to move up to -BEWARE: promotions = less comp! -Push you hard and give you increased responsibility beyond job title but will not compensate for additional work -too top heavy, most of managment are 50+ and have no intentions on leaving

      Great work enviroment Hard working and very smart employees High expectations, but not stressful

      The quality of new senior management and Partners is subpar Culture is slowly disappearing as the more experienced employees and Partners retire and leave Continued push away from a focus on Clients needs towards a push on metrics and sales. Advancement is extremely difficult. Once you get into a spot, movement is difficult and stagnant. Compensation is average
