Business Outlook
Pros
The people make the place and Wellington employs phenomenal people; smart, motivated, interesting, inquisitive and very fun. I still keep in touch with my former colleagues and hope that will continue. The company had a great corporate culture when I was there - clients come first and employees are expected to act with integrity.
Cons
I have heard through the grapevine that with many senior partners retiring, the corporate culture has shifted, which can happen.
