      If you have no better job, this is still a decent job.

      Cons

      Long working hours. The HR openly claim an employee works 50-60 hours a week is "normal". Frequent Friday evening deployment starts from 5PM, and you are lucky if you can finished by 10PM. Last century technology, if you interview with the company, make sure prepare things like JDBC. The managers will tell you things like business continuity, blah blah. but if you learn more, you will find they are simply incompetent. Below avg pay.

      This is by far the best company I have ever worked at and the best kept secret in finance. The culture is amazing, the work is interesting and the people are extremely intelligent, helpful and collaborative.
