      You have to deal with different types of people. Sometimes managers also blindly follow the senior people when they are making decisions. It is better if they can judge themselves.

      Pros

      Everyone is bright, capable and dedicated. Wellington's client focus is world class. Benefits and compensation package one of the best around if not the best. Best investors in the industry. Privately owned helps manage year to year flow.

      Cons

      No work life balance. You are expected to work whenever the need comes up. Partners are consistently bringing in excessive compensation while budgets are kept razor thin. Promotions are hard to come by. If you are not an investor you are a second class citizen.
