      Pros

      Great benefits; good compensation, great opportunity to work on different assignments; excellent opportunity to be in front of some of the smartest people on the planet on the business side.

      Cons

      Long hours; work life balance for some positions is non-existent. Environment can be very political at times; not a lot of room to move up since people don't tend to leave.

      Pros

      Learn a lot. Never boring. In my experience you can get involved with much more than is just in the job description.

      Cons

      Very long hours and very little work life balance. The interview process was so long- interviews in total lasted over 40 hours. I have heard that lately they have shortened the process but it is still quite long.
