Pros

This ran its course. Was there too long and I'm glad I'm gone. Benefits. Good co-workers trying to do a good job.

Cons

1- Wells is not the same company and is an embarrassment. 2- DEI and a woke culture has taken over. You will know it and have to engage in it because it will fill your work space every day/month to a point of being brain washed. 3- Senior management ties your manager's hands to a point where any good idea you have will never get implemented because of the layers and layers and layers of management. 4- Pay is not consistently applied to those with the same position. They will take advantage of you when they can without you realizing it until some later point. They will give you more responsibility with the perception they are happy with your work without additional compensation. 5- Notice the favorable reviews come from overseas workers? 6- Wells has tried for 6+ years to get out of the scandals they created and still can not get out from the asset cap imposed by the Federal Reserve. What does this tell you? Do you really want to work for a company like this? 7- Your work is audited to a point of nauseam. Don't make any mistakes either or they can hold it over your head come any raise or bonus time. 8- The money they waste because of inefficiencies, settling lawsuits, etc. because they have such deep pockets is mind blowing. If only that money was channeled to your workers, who actually deserve it.

Pros

There are some good people there that haven't left yet

Cons

Does not promote from within, prefers to hire outside of the company. There is no clear path for promotions, and they are not talked about. You get pigeon-holed and forgotten about. Applying internally for other positions is a waste of time as you won't get a response of any type. HR is doesn't seem to exist. Communication is horrible. Management only doles out the minimal amount of information as it is needed. Lots of backstabbing, so always need to CYA. Teams do not work cohesively. Management gives entire teams bad ratings, contrary to what was being said all year. They give a generous 1 to 2% raise if you do get a good review. Employees are not treated as assets, but more like contractors where they will get rid of you on a whim. Saw several people with 20+ years of experience and knowledge suddenly let go without warning. My recommendation would be to never apply here, ever.

Pros

Great room for advancement. If you are great with customers and love to sale, you will do great. If you don't have customer services skills and don't like to sale, don't waste your time. This company is a great company to work for but they are sales and customer orientated.

Cons

Depending on the district you may be placed, you may have an amazing management staff or the worst. If you don't meet your sales goals (may I say they are ridiculous, how many accounts can someone really open?) you will be placed on a warning and quickly pushed out.
