Pros

They are very flexible especially if you are a college student. After the probation period, they will help compensate for school IF it's work related.

Cons

Your manager will make all the difference. We had a manager that knew how to motivate and made it enjoyable to come to work, but she was replace by another that was a power trip.

Pros

Wells Fargo has much to offer to it employees in terms of benefits, work life balance, and commitment to it's employees.

Cons

The compnay is very large and you can get lost in the shuffle. There is no real governance over information technology, so $$s are spend on projects not necessary or run inefficiently. This takes away from $$s for other projects. Opportunity for advancement depends on your "good ol' boy" skills and navigation of the political arena.
