      Good pay by todays standards. Comfortable work environment. Very diverse company. Flexibility when it comes to scheduling and time off. There is plenty of room for advancement. Extensive training

      Pros

      Resources exist for servicing our clients, however management doesn't seem to relaize we exist for the clients.

      It is all about the shareholders and processes, not the client-advisor relationship. Ver littel of what the firm does truly has the clients best interest in place unless it is self serving. Yes, it is a business, but the firm puts itself ahead of the client. The bank (parent compnay) wants to destroy that elationship. They don't understand it. Compliance is above and beyond that which is needed...Home office staff seems unsatisfied.
