      It is an okay place to work, but can be stressful with the far-reaching goals.

      Pros

      Decent hours depending on region, good fellow employees, the benefits are good but a tad expensive, not the worst job I've had.

      Cons

      A lot of hours and work with the merge completion between Wachovia and Wells. The goals are a bit steap for my particular area. District managers are pretty tough to handle. More about telling the negative than praising the positive it seems.

      Only go there for the experience and name recognition, then move on after a year.

      Pros

      Name recognition will get you through the door If you do a good job you will be recognized everyone is about the same age, so it can be fun in the office sometimes 21 days off

      Cons

      This was an inside sales job, the amount of leads you needed to call was rediculous. $28-30k starting Some Manager do not know how to sell Recycled leads (you keed calling the same people that you know you cannot help) Bonuses stink

      Wells Fargo is a good place to work as long as your in good with the managers, it's not what you know it's who you know.

      Pros

      I'm like working with Wells Fargo because the pay is decent from what other companies are paying, the benefits are good and overall it's a stable company.

      Cons

      I've learned over the years, if you want to grow with the company and move up you have to get in good with the managers and supersivors. It seems to be more of a personal thing as appose to them going by individuals work ethics and whose more professioanl capable of taking on the promotion and job description. Also, I wouldn't say they're concerned with what's better for the customer, it's what's going to bring in their next dollar.
