As a teller your number one priority is to make sales. If you are making and exceeding your districts sales goals who will be treated great. There is very little emphasis and recognition for individuals' strengths and positive attributes, the deciding factor in promotions is your numbers. Often times goals seem unattainable (you would think the higher ups would take it as a signal if large amounts of tellers in a district aren't making sales goals).
