Pros

If you enjoy being micro managed and constantly being threatened of getting fired, then this is the place for you!

Cons

Promotion discrimination. Not knowing your work schedule in advance. Working sometime 15 days straight without a day off. Being cheated on overtime. Yelled at for no reason. Too many reasons to list here. Sadly the company has no guts to fire an employee so the person gets bounced around to various departments bringing their incompetence to each new department. Is this such a reputable company that when an employee gives 2 week notice of leaving to the mgr, the next day the employee is escorted out of the building by police officers in front of all employees to see implying that the individual is guilty of a crime. This is how the company respects its employees?

Pros

The benefits are truly great and cannot be beaten by anyone in the industry.

Cons

Regional management that is imcompetent at best. They have huge egos and really are clueless when it comes to dealing with employees. Beating people up for working hard, yelling at people when they are hitting their goals, and not approving any credit requests typically does not lead to happy employees. You would think they would look at their retention problems and realize this, but their arrogance does not allow for introspection.

Pros

I used to love working here, the flexibility to work on the go allowed me to meet family obligations while still maintaining a high level of productivity day to day.

Cons

This month they required a minimum 8 hours at an office, this was previously 4-8 based on your schedule. And you were able to finish the day at home or wherever you were able. Now you cannot work from your BYOD as that doesn’t count as productive time. You must be on the network your full 8 hours, and there is no wiggle room for issues that might come up, except to use PTO. Because they also don’t have a separate sick time.
