They use their initiative to propose and implement new solutions, and there's a true spirit of continuous improvement. It is motivating to work alongside such driven, hard-working and clever people. You will be constantly learning from the people around you, which is very enjoyable. There is true global interaction with coworkers, and the employee standards are high in all centers. There are lots of opportunities to develop your skills, to work on something new, and to be challenged. Welocalize has some of the biggest customers in the industry, whose needs are advanced. You can be part of a team which develops ongoing solutions to meet their evolving needs. There is no "same old same old" here!
