Pros

I love the freedom to make my own schedule. There is no set time or days to work, although you are given a minimum (10/week) and maximum (tyically 29/week) number of hours. There are times when there is a backlog of tasks where you are allowed to work up to 40 hours. The downside is you may run out of tasks and may not be able to reach 40 hours. Management works pretty diligently to train us on tasks procedures. The frequently provided updated resources like guidelines, walkthroughs, and quizzes.

Cons

You may run out of tasks. Some groups face the 'no task available " (NTA) warning more than others. NTA appears more frequently around national holidays. Christmas and New Years seem to be the worst time for consistent tasks.
