Pros

- option to work from home

Cons

The workplace is heavily micromanaged, requiring constant explanations and tracking. New starters face a toxic environment where any mistake is relentlessly held against them, shaping all future feedback around that single error. Once you’re on their radar, there’s no escaping scrutiny. Advancement depends on flattery and playing along rather than competence. Camaraderie among teammates and any kind of joke gets instantly prevented. People are too afraid to say anything during meeting, so meetings are plain about "bad weather" and nothing else. Weeks pass without communication, and when a message does come through, it’s usually the micromanager complaining. Apparently being assistant manager means that you have to make the life of others living hell. Work is sporadic, with long periods of downtime, yet employees are expected to create pointless filler tasks. Taking even a slightly slower pace results in criticism, despite the fact that the work isn't even required by the client but is simply there to fill time. The job itself is completely meaningless, and I’ve worked for far busier employers for less pay but never felt so worthless. The job is draining and monotonous, with ample free time that can’t be enjoyed due to constant oversight. Daily team talks feel forced and lifeless—no one wants to be there, but attendance is mandatory. Seeking advice is risky; asking questions is used against you unless done privately through DMs, where some teammates are happy to help. However, direct inquiries to management result in belittlement. When work dries up, redundancies are handled coldly and secretly, leaving employees discarded without consideration.
