Where to start? This business is more driven by what the client wants, than by what the company can offer. There is no policy about being upfront with the client and some impossible things end up being promised and they fall on the shoulders of the PM to figure it out on how it can be achieved. The company is understaffed, working with mostly very junior resources and whenever someone leaves they are replaced with someone more junior.
