Discount on Funiture is great Theres really nothing else to discuss, pros are terrrible. I wish I could say more

They do not let you have time off There is a high level of turnover, somedays you dont know who you work with

Pros

They are a very family friendly company to work for. They are forward thinking company that takes every workers ideas and thoughts into consideration and value them. You can also feel proud to work there because the stand behind there products, so if there would be a problem to arise it will be taken care of so you in no way have to worry about your costumers. Plus when you work there you will see everyone is family. You will have a sense of pride working there because of there costumer service.

Cons

No benefits, but the do offer PAYED vacation.
