      Pros

      A lot of fun people to work with. Decent benefits packages. Company has a good wellness program and gym on campus.

      Cons

      Salaries are not very competitive. Work 50 hour weeks with no overtime. Upper management does not listen to problems. Customer does not come first, it's all about who pays the most money. Constant lying over the phone

      Met some great people, all of which no longer work for Werner.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, good ol' boys culture. Lack of leadership in every respect and poor ethics.

      Pros

      provided the needed training, anyone can do it. Gives you the opportunity to learn how to manage people older than you if you are right of school.

      Cons

      little care among middle management. Salary is low for hours worked, drivers make more than the managers in many occasions.
