Pros

Training is where you will find the money at Werner because you get paid for every mile your student drives in addition to your own driving. So basically you are receiving the pay of a team all for yourself while Werner pays your student a separate small weekly salary.

Cons

If you just want to run single I would suggest looking elsewhere. Almost anyone else will offer you better pay and miles because Werner favors their training teams over everyone else. Benefits are comparable to everyone else.

Good company, just a bad office because of Management (Milton, On) horribly managed

Cons

Poor management, no advancements, horrendous work environment, high turnover rate, management passing racial and sexual comments, no opportunities to move up, favoritism, very racist (if you are not white you will not be promoted)

None really Just a popularity contest, different rules for different people!

Cons

Favoritism, gave my 2 weeks notice and cutoff my Benefits immediately? Illegal to do that, benefits should have been paid out for an additional 2 weeks. Managers only care about Drivers!!
