      Slave wages, severe micro management of every aspect of your daily life on the road

      Pros

      They have low standards, They participate in the Apprentriceship program with the US Dept of Labor

      Cons

      Low per mile pay, no detention pay unless you're and owner operator, $20 a day if your truck is broke down (after 24 hours being out of service), extremely poor maintenance on their trucks & trailers. They don't follow their own company rules & regulations for home time. If you want to take your vacation week you'll have to turn in your truck. If you have a "Non-Reportable" they will put it on your DAC report.

      Management thinks they know everythng Can be a high stress job Difficult to take more than 5 working days in a row off.
