      Great people and hard working team, they respond to everything really quickly and understand if there is other opportunities in hand.

      Cons

      Way better to work in the US than in Mexico. Very bureaucratic company. High level and C-level employees do what they want.

      New trucks, new trailers they are all very nice.

      Cons

      Weekend dispatch is horrible. Not enough money per mile to raise family. Home time is always late. And no compensation for getting home late.
