      Pros

      Good training company. Newer model trucks and allow maintenance from outside companies eliminating extended terminal stays.

      Cons

      Some dispatchers don't get the obstacles drivers face. Repair shops take too long to fix trucks and not always done correctly.

      Easy to get hired Initial transportation to terminal paid Friendly at hiring terminals Assigned to trucks immediately receiving first dispatch quickly

      Cons

      2 different company physicians have 2 different physical criterias. Weekend dispatchers not fully trained in emergencies or breakdowns unrealistic timeline for seeking personal physician re-evaluations and tests Dispatchers do not care about work/home balances

      1. They have a lot of dedicated accounts drivers can get from the start of there career 2. Werenr maintains the fleets of trucks they have. 3. It's not hard to get home on the weekends

      Cons

      1. Unfortunately the pay is not that good. 2. No room for advancement 3. Limited resources 4.No terminals that offer adequate driver resources
