      Pros

      The branch that I work at is a wonderful environment. You are pushed (in a good way) to be better, benefits are affordable and you are compensated well for travel. Training is excellent and thorough.

      Cons

      Low salary base, miscommunication between corporate and branch management leads to problems, way understaffed in back office. One time took me 2 days to get ahold of someone in loan operations to answer a customers question.

      Great insurance benefits and wonderful co-workers. A large company that offers many products and services.

      Cons

      The company pays on the low end for the amount of work they expect you to do and expects you to compensate the pay difference in sales incentives. The pressure to sell and cross sell is very high.
