Good people, good foot soldiers, majors and colonels can't lead or translate general's desires

Lots of friendly good professional people, dedicated to the business and the customer. Conservative and solid lending practices.

Cons

Some in upper management show an unwillingness to learn new things, admit they do not understand things, show a disassociation with what actually exists and what they want to exist. An inability to see beyond their sphere of influence and refusal to accept alternative methods of improvement.
