Directors, Associate Directors, supervisors, and managers are neglectful and horrible. They offer no communication and little support. How can a “supervisor” have only a bachelors degree and a “Director” have no License and a pretend online degree?

Cons

This company tolerates hostility, gossip, bullying and disrespect. It’s shameful! And you get a whopping 30,000 year.

Pros

The supervisors are supportive and care about your success. You get free licensure supervision, there is an on call supervisor for if you need support in session, there is weekly team and group supervision. The majority of the people I have encountered at this agency are in it because they want to help family's. Yes you have to meet productivity but if you are doing your job as instructed, the productivity will follow.

Cons

You work with family's in crisis which can be challenging at times. The supervisors understand this and are supportive.
