You can make connections to look for another job while you collaborate with other service providers.

Cons

Disorganized! You are only as good as the money you bring in for the agency. Fraud is obvious and overlooked. Quality of mental health service provided by therapists do not appear to matter. Nepotism is apparent. Long work days without getting paid for overtime. No concern about staff's need for mental health care. The highest turnover of staff I have ever worked around.
