LaTonya hughes was an AMAZING mentor and supervisor to work under. Patient, kind, really cared about her staff and students. Always went above and beyond. If you get a chance to work under her you won't regret it.

Cons

The well being of the workers and work life balance seemed like last priority to the company.

work from home 1 day a week paid schooling after 6 months

Cons

pay is not enough for the tasks and programs they will have you running. If you don't want work drama, don't even bother applying. Management lacks leader ship. No leaders just micromanagers. Playing the role just to get paid to leave home early

Pros

This is a high-quality institution with good people, a motivating environment, and lots of growth opportunities. It's student-centered, but as an employee I feel respected, supported, and invested in. Benefits are great, including an early release on Fridays before holiday weekends!

Cons

The bar is high for the caliber of work expected, but everyone around you helps you achieve your goals and supports each other. I meet new people every week and it is a fantastic team all around!
