      Pros

      Very good Administrative support. Excellent salary. Very nice office and classroom space Executives always appreciative of your efforts with students.

      Cons

      Class sizes are often too large for one instructor to handle efficiently. More instructors are needed in the Nursing Dept.. The year-around schedule with minimal time off is grueling.

      Pros

      In general the leadership is very collegial with the staff. The company is serious about attaining it's objectives and plans accordingly. For those who like a very straight laced, conservative culture, you will not be disappointed.

      Cons

      If you are in management, face time in the office and at meetings is very important. Telecommuting is either frowned upon or not allowed in many cases.

      Cons

      Turnover of executive directors, dean of nursing, they can not keep an IT person.
