Cons

Poor management Leadership plays favorites and will base your schedule on how much they like you Night courses are a requirement for teaching Not enough support Lower paying in comparison to other schools Heavy requirements from didactic instructors to be involved in on campus activities Very bad work life balance, theres expectations for you to be available to the students 24/7- even on weekends or holidays. No breaks for instructors ever.
