Good benefits, paid vacation and sick time.

Unfortunately, leadership is primarily made up of narcissists. HR is there for the leadership team not for the employees. I was bullied and belittled several times by several different people in leadership. I was the third person on my team to quit because of the poor treatment my the people is management positions. If you're lucky enough to get into a department that isnt like that then its a good place to work. Unfortunately, many of the departments within the organization are run by people who dont deserve to be in their positions.

Coworkers are nice and very hardworking. The work is challenging and interesting. I've learned quite a lot in my position here the past years.

Cons

- Improve strategy on hybrid work. 3 days a week is a lot. - Relook at compensation benefit offerings. Other competitors offer paid maternity/paternity leave. - Allow flexibility and work life balance.
