Full benefits package for full time employees.

Cons

Demanding return to office with no justification other than it is what owner wants, though he himself is never even in the office. Leadership has high turnover as well so that should tell you something. Employees are overworked and underpaid, no chance for any change. Managers (most) and leadership plays favorites. Culture is to confirm or get out.

Unfortunately, leadership is primarily made up of narcissists. HR is there for the leadership team not for the employees. I was bullied and belittled several times by several different people in leadership. I was the third person on my team to quit because of the poor treatment my the people is management positions. If you're lucky enough to get into a department that isnt like that then its a good place to work. Unfortunately, many of the departments within the organization are run by people who dont deserve to be in their positions.
