Pros

1. They work with your schedule. 2. As an adjunct you have an opportunity to teach from 1 to however many clinicals you'd like. 3. If you can't teach a term for whatever reason they'll work with you and you can sit out that term. 4. Coworkers in this department are friendly and will extend a helping hand when need be.

Cons

1. Disorganized, lack of solid leadership. 2. Not enough staff to help out with student issues and overall paperwork. 3. Holidays are not paid for adjunct, you miss out on weeks of pay if you're not full time. 4. No raises... ? I wasn't very clear as to if and when this would ever happen.
