Cons

When they don't like you they are out for blood. There is some favoritism You could be great at your job, but if a particular person doesnt like you personally you're gone. Seems very bureaucratic at higher levels.

Collegial work environment Great pay Friendly colleagues Strong leadership (it wasn't always this way but there has been a HUGE shift in the past year) Strong student outcomes (nice to feel as though I am really making a difference)

Workload can be intense but I love it
