Pros
Facilities are nice, pay is decent and I enjoyed working with my colleagues. Turnover rate is exceptionally high so you will get to know many new people!
Cons
First off, this is a corporation in the guise of an educational institution. The owner and upper management will preach student centricity however behind closed doors all they care about is the bottom line and preventing the school from getting shut down by the department of education. This is a numbers driven company and they will work you as hard as possible to get more profit. Management is extremely poor and creates a very negative, hostile, and toxic work environment. Their main motivational tactic is fear - employees constantly fear losing their jobs and are constantly audited, micromanaged, treated like children and disrespected by management. Due to this employee morale is very low, everyone is always complaining about management. 80% of my team was fired or quit in the span of just over a year. Management will also never listen to anything employees have to say. Any feedback given to them will always be treated as insignificant and met with instant denial. Their mentality is the employees are always wrong, which leads to excessive meetings with management over "mistakes" you made when in reality you did your job properly or the mistake was the result of a lack of training. Also once you voice any concerns to them expect them to try to fire you or get you to quit. All of a sudden they will place assignments you did not complete in your audits even though the audits are supposed to be "random" and taken from work you completed.
