The overall mission of what the company set out to accomplish is admirable. The people (most) in Irvine are great and passionate about helping the students feel like part of the team and doing whatever they could to implement programs, policies and procedures to increase quality and improve delivery of care. Also had a great employee foundation which helped boost camaraderie and morale throughout the org.

Cons

Too much turnover at the executive level and other important functions to help improve the bottom line.
